My Business: My Art

Daily writing prompt
If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell?

I have wanted to own my own business for years now. I was always interested in making and selling digital art. I have been a lover of photography for a minute. I love to take and manipulate photos into what I think is art.

Lately, I’ve been trying my hand at creating digital art with a new program. I’ve also put some of those designs up for sale on Society 6.

If I could one day get this business up and running, it would be a dream come true. If not, I will keep on being creative because it’s something that makes me happy!

My New Art on Society6: Available Now!

Hey friends. I just wanted to let you in on one of my new ventures! I’ve signed up to be an artist on Society6! For those of you who aren’t familiar with them, it’s basically a website where artists can design and get commissions on those designs. Your art is uploaded and applied to different products and people can search and purchase your work. I’ve actually used Society 6 previously for home furnishings like curtains and pillows! Society6 showcases some really great artwork!

I would love for anyone reading to stop by and take a look at some of my designs! I would love some feedback!

I’ve always been an artist at heart, so I decided to try my hand on Society6 just as a way to keep my creativity alive.

Do any of you have work on the site? I would love to connect with you!

Painting with a Twist!

****Why did I write this post in November and never published it?!****

Well, here it is! Sorry! LOL It’s been a lot going on! LMAO

I must say, November has been a wonderful birthday month! So many things are falling into place, and I realize I am happier this year than I have ever been.

So, to start it off, we made an appointment with Painting with a Twist! We had such a fun time! It was my second time going and his first time. He laughed the whole time and really enjoyed himself. Our instructor BJ was awesome and kept everything light and fun! Painting is something we will do again soon!

Going forward, Hubby and I have decided to start doing more things together outside of the house. We need to become more active as well. We are moving soon and can’t wait to get bicycles!
